WHO WE ARE
Identified Fashion Collective was created by highly motivated individuals who have experienced the many challenges of pursuing a career in fashion and entertainment. Therefore it is our goal to provide information, tools and opportunities for aspiring models, designers, hair and make-up artist and business owners to be successful in achieving their dreams! Our featured capabilities include: Photography, graphic design, hair and make-up artistry clothing design, street promotions, videographer, PR/Marketing, fashion and entertainment event planning and business consulting. With over 15 yrs. of experience our goal is to be a highly valued partner in the success of others worldwide by providing exceptional results.
WHAT WE DO
Identified Fashion Collective provides high-profile events to promote the fashion and beauty industry. To accomplish this we provide networking opportunities, educate and inform our audience, sponsors and event participants on time and money saving ideas and resources within our community. During our events we bring together speakers, educators and industry leaders in a forum devoted to retailing, marketing, communications and development.
MEET OUR TEAM
GINA T. : Runway Training, Styling Team Manager and Producer
Similar to most designers Gina T discovered her love for fashion and design while cutting up and redesigning clothes in her closet. However unlike many designers her creativity did not stop there. As model working locally and all over the world Gina T saw many models taken advantage of and limiting their dreams based on their looks. Therefore she decided to create runway shows and teach models everything they needed to not only be a successful model, but also a entrepreneur. Thousands of models, designers, photographers and more started their career with Gina T and have skyrocketed to success. Which is a testament to her ability to be a creator, teacher and business woman.
Bruce Love:Runway Training, Stage Manager& Director and Producer
Bruce is known throughout the Fashion and Entertainment industry and is well ‘loved’ for his hardwork, dedication and perseverance. Bruce began his career in Fashion as a retailer, then as a ‘Fashion Party’ model, and later as a Fashion show producer. After building his expertise, knowledge, and connections throughout the industry he stepped behind the camera as a photographer and videographer. However he still yearned to do more to impact the Fashion and Entertainment industry. Partnering with Gina Teamer to form Shades of Essence (SOE) Modeling Academy gave him an opportunity to pass on his 15 plus years of experience and talent. “Our goal is to provide the vehicle for others with a drive for success”.
Saran Palmer: PR/Maketing Director and Event Coordinator
Ms. Palmer beginning her career in Fashion under the strict guidance and
tutelage of her mother a custom couture designer. While helping to develop
her mother’s business it was there that she discovered her passion for not
only Fashion, but also serving as a *connection* to others dreams. Today she
is The CEO of *Get the Connection* a PR and Event planning firm currently based
in Detroit, MI. With numerous accomplishments throughout her 15 plus yrs in the
industry her goal with every client and event is simply, “To be a highly
valued partner with our clients by providing exceptional results”.

After 15 yrs of experience in the Fashion and Entertainment industry the Identified Fashion Collective was created to provide information, tools and opportunities for aspiring models, designers, hair stylist, make-up artist and business owners to be successful! With networking opportunities with industry professionals, a vendor gala and amazing prize giveaways, this is the event of the summer!
